I have recently been thrown in at the deep end with regards to Linux. The company I work for uses RH 6.2 (RH 7.0 at some point in the future). However, I need to install open-ssh, but in order to do this I need to update the version of the db's in Linux. I have downloaded from the RedHat the files that are required for this, however I have been experienceing real grief trying to update the db's so that I can install RPM-4.0 (this will allow me to install the ssh software). Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
