rh7 has:
a beta version of glibc2.2
rpm4
xfree86 4
xinetd
ipchains tools built into linuxconf
kernel 2.2.16
rh6 has:
glibc 2.2 stable
rpm3.something
xfree86 3.36
inetd
kernel < 2.2.16
i have tried both, both seem pretty decent to me, i have had no problems with rh7, i did get the recommended updates.

I recentely installed Redhat 7 in place of TurboLinux (what ever version i had) i like RH7 ALOT. Th eonly problem I had with it is getting used to the xinetd. I found the old inetd to be very user friendly. However, I think that rh7 is the os i will stay with for now.
