I'd like to know what your thoughts are on Konqueror, the new browser that's been part of KDE since KDE 2.0 On 4 different machines I can't run it for more than 5 minutes without it crashing.

Do you folks find that it's stable? Or is it up and down more times than a new bride's nighty?

Personally I think it's more stable (or should that be stabler) than Netscape. But Opera is still quicker than either if it just had more support for plugins.

Never had a problem with Konqueror! Seems to work well and is much better than nutscrape, I mean netscape.

I love it! Lots better than Netscape IMO. Also cool if you get Java working with it :)

Just need to get Flash working now.

Sometimes Konqueror will just terminate suddenly and quietly, with no warning or apparent reason. Other than that, I love it.

I'm using Konqueror 2.1.1 and it's very stable. It's the most stable gui browser I've used in Linux.

I love it! My only question: I just moved from Drake to SuSE 7.2, and during install, there was an option/package for using the mozilla rendering engine instead of kHTML in konqueror - how can I tell if it's really working that way right now?

TIA
