multiple web sites on one mandrake linux server...

How would I go about hosting multiple web sites with my mandrake linux box? I am a comlpete newbie and was wondering what is involved.

I buoght a few domain names and also have a static IP. Is it basically pointing each domain name to a certain directory? How is the DNS setup? Currently, I am using zoneedit... is there a doc out there for this? I also wanted to setup a mail server and ftp,telnet as well.. thanks in advance.

www.apache.org (http://www.apache.org) should have plenty of documentation on setting up multiple sites on the same server.

You might try webmin. It's virtual server setup tools are easy to use and will help you get the job done without having to read every man page for apache
