how to publish my website by apache on my own linux?

I have properly installed apache web server on my linux, and it rans well.i want to publish my personal web by this server.I have registered a domain name www.sinr.net. (http://www.sinr.net.) %0m÷¿w8ŽAhow can i do this? i have been trying several day! help me please! Thanks very much! :confused:

Even though my Apache server is running
okay, it's far from perfect.
