Does anyone know what percent of web servers the Code Red worm infected?

% of Apache webservers: ~0.000%
% of IIS webservers: this is difficult -- are you talking only about public, published web sites, or do you also include every college student who has Personal Web Services (IIS for NT Workstation) running on his dorm computer to serve MP3s, and the people running IIS/PWS without realizing it?
The news kept sprouting numbers like "40 million infected systems", but I doubt there's any way to get even a halfway accurate answer.
