Where can I find sh?

When I tried to install a program I got a lot of error messages concerning sh. When I looked in my /bin I saw that sh was a symbolic link to bash.
So now I wonder where can I download sh?

Could you give some examples of the error messages? They might not be errors with sh since sh is actually supposed to be a symlink to bash, which is sh-compatible.
