Well, I just got Redhat 7.0 Guiness yesturday (I'm totally a newbie with Linux.) So, I have no problem to install Redhat and all work fine. But I got some problem with UT. After installing UT, I tried to run it under OpenGL mode but goddamn it's very slow and laggy. I got all lastest Linux patch for UT, lastest linux drivers for my Geforce DDR but nothing work. (Problem with my Geforce Driver too. I installed corectly my Nvidia 0.9.5 Kernel but my Nvidia GLX don't work. Windows maneger said me that I need Nvidia Kernel but I already installed it.)

I'm confused. If someone have an idea of my problem, please answer me rapidly. I would like playing UT under Linux.

Thanks a lot.

well there's your problem! If your GLX nvidia drivers don't work well you're screwed! basicaly, it's your initial openGL drivers for linux. When you correct the error, then UT will run correctly...

Here's a good site where you should start checking, it tells you how to install (it's a how to for Mandrake though... don'T think there is a HUGE difference!):

You'll also need a new SDLOpenGL driver for UT 428... http://www.lokigames.com/~vogel/UT/SDLGLDrv.so (copy it in your system directory)
