i want one of those orb cooling heatsinkfans for my 1.4ghz athlon. if someone could at least remind me which company sells those i'd appreciate it.
i also need an 80mm fan, and two HDD coolers that fit in 3.5" bays.

You might be able to pull the necessary info from the listings of two of my favorite supply stores. Heck you might even want to order from them as all of the prices list are Canadian $ which is a fraction of your dollar. Shipping and customs might not make it worth while though. Here are the links:

Hope this helps in some way!

www.newegg.com (http://www.newegg.com) owns me
I had an orb once.. Sucked..
I agree with those that say the design isn't very good.. But, if you want one, the company you're thinking of is prolly thermaltake.

Actually, if you read the massive cooling review that tomshardware.com did a while back, it showed that the thermaltake super orb (that's what i have) cooled VERY well. Whoever did the fan review bashed on the orbs though, for displaying such "poor performance".. but the super orb is like $15, while the HSF that they loved was around $75!
Point being, my t-bird 1.33 when I was into overclocking and ran it at 1.5 ran at full load at about 44 degrees cel. I don't think that's poor performance at all. My girlfriend's XP 1600+ runs at 40 degrees.
That's my suggestion!

I could send you a cooler of snow from my yard. Or some ice from the local "lake".
Runs really quiet and provides a few hours of cooling goodness!
And is cheap (cost of the cooler).
