How can I set up the flash plugin for konqueror?

This depends on what distro and version of konqueror/kde you're using.

But that only activates the plugin in Netscape. How do you make it work in Konquerer??

Well none of you guys say what distro you're using :)
In mandrake 8
Install
netscape-plugins-4.77-4mdk.i586.rpm (1st CD)
kdebase-nsplugins-2.1.1-13mdk.i586.rpm (2nd Cd)
Might have to restart kde, konqueror at least. Then in Konqueror under settings->configure konqueror-> in the left pane at the bottom there will be a new choice called netscape plugins. Konqueror uses the netscape plugins.
