Anyone from UK use Freeserve here?

I've been trying to find out the IP address of their ISP, also the IP address of their name server....it's like trying to draw blood from a stone. Every email contact address they give cheerfully bounce back a page of automatic crap, and the only way is obviously going to be to have to phone them at their inflated rates if I want an answer.
