that last board is with no cpu, right?

i could use that, but i don't think it is worth the same as a 64mb ram stick, how much $ would you take?

Do you mean you think the mobo is worth more than the chip or the chip worth more than the mobo. Presently the board is w/o a chip but as I said, I have 2 intel p90 overdrive chips. I'd do an even trade for the mobo for the 64 meg. Was working w/ intel dx-2 66 until I took it out of my tower case. Also have the dx-2 (Forgot that one) I'm Flexible, make me an offer. :D

i can get used 486 mobo's for about $10 either online or at computer shows. new 64mb ram is more than that, like $22 (http://www.computergate.com/cgi-bin/prodinfo?sn=3395513172243&cd=ISR64P).
i have a lonely 486dx33 cpu i am looking for a home. but i will keep looking, a 33mhz chip needs a cheap apartment, not an expensive mansion ;)

AHH, so you meant what would I GIVE w/the mobo for the ram. Make an offer? No need for any of the other stuff??
