I have an IBM 15V model monitor and cannot get the settings right. It gets all jumbled up. Have tried most every setting. Any ideas?

If you are using RH7.0 or mandrake, then try to choose 'Generic' as your monitor and 800x600 resolution at 16 bit colours. Also, what is your graphics card, Sis, ATI, S3, etc. etc.
