Member Search

Exactly how are we supposed to search for another memeber if we dont know their member number? Is there somewhere to find their number? Personally I liked being able to search by their nick, but maybe thats just me.

Anyways...I like the new look but seems a bit slow on my end but that my be my damned ISP again.
