Distro NHF idea

Idea:
It would be nice to have a NHF that had various pros and cons for each major distro, so newbies can make an informed decision on what they want.

Mandrake, Red Hat, SuSe (sp?), Debian, and Slackware would all have to be on it.

Addendum: I found this link (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf/intel/distros/distronhf.html) on Google, but I didn't find it on linuxnewbie.org search engine. Strange. Anyway, it's kinda has the idea I'm talking about, but it needs to be updated and structured better.

If there was a FAQ on the front page, linking to an updated version of this distro, it would cut down a lot of unnecessary questions.

The moderators here want very much to update various parts of the site -- front page and NHF's being on the top of the list most likely -- but they don't have the access they need at this point to do that. That NHF is a good idea though. ;)

btw, the Linuxnewbie.org search engine only searches the forums. You would have to manualy find that page by clicking links ;)
