If you are in KDE, then right click, find new, application. Find the tab that says excecute, type the path of the program you want the icon to run (/usr/local/netscape/netscape) Thats about it, I'm sure its similar in gnome. tectonicman 07-30-2001, 02:14 PM Well, I tried that, but nothing happens. When I run it in the terminal, I type ./netscape in the directory I installed it in which is home/mark/.netscape. slapNUT 07-30-2001, 05:34 PM Then do like mychl said and put /home/mark/.netscape/netscape in the path statement when you make the new application.
