Sendmail w/Netscape

I can setup and get Sendmail working with kmail just fine on my system. I went into the other room to setup sendmail with netscape on another machine and it doesn't work. Is there any special way to setup sendmail with netscape?

go to edit
prefrences
mail and newsgroups
identities
mailservers
setup there
