Perl Dev Kit from Activestate

I am maintly interested in the perlapp feature.. I did the 7day trial and have been testing things out, but has anyone else used this?

The big push is, of course, to get a perl app out to X MS boxes without the need to install perl..

Looks good, but what other options are there (the non $195 kind of option)?

Many consider perl2exe (http://www.perl2exe.com) to be a better product. The 'Lite' version is $49 (which is the best you're going to do).

I don't have experience with either product.
