Linux Prep Tool isn't working

I'm trying to make a partition to install Mandrake 7.1, but the Prep Tool isn't coming up after the installation reboot like it's supposed to. I tried removing it and reinstalling it, but it still didn't work. I also took a look at FDisk, but I have a larger hard drive than it recognizes and it says if I use it for the larger hard drive that I can't use another OS. I'm completely stuck before I even start installing Linux.

I've been meaning to call Powerquest, but I keep odd hours, and I forget to call during their office hours.

How do I get the Prep Tool to start up if it doesn't do it automatically?
