hi
everything was going great in the installation until the partition part
i clicked 'Use free space on existing partition'...as i want to keep windows
and it said:
The FAT resizer is unable to handle your partition, the followin error occured: can't locate object method "new" via package "resize_fat::main" at /usr/perl-install/install_interactive.pm line 108, <> line 5

sometimes the line 5 part even changes to line 6...any ideas?
(i've already defragmented and scandisk..nothing was wrong.

please help..thx

Do you actually have unpartitioned space on your drive? If not, you will need to use FIPS, Partiton Majick, or a similar product to create some unpartitioned space. Once that is done, the Linux install can create a ext2 partition there and continue on its merry way.
