Why doesn't someone make a sidebar for those of us running Mozilla or Netscape 6. Like, maybe the "Hot Discussions" type thing from the front page. Maybe update every 5 - 10 minutes or something ???
What do you guys think ??

Yeah NS6... Right...
Actually sounds like a good idea but I don't use NS6 or Moz on a regular basis. If I did though, it'd certainly be nice. I think it's really a question of time spent versus audience, how many people will use this?

I use mozilla and the sidebar is the worst thing in it. It's like channels, pointless.

No I think its a matter of people that know how to do that sorta thing.
If it works just off a .rtf file then we can do that right now. There already is a linuxnewbie.org my netscape channel.

POINTLESS ?? I'll concede that the selection so far is pretty lame, but am I not right in thinking that programs (or modules) can actually be written to run in the sidebar ? How about an Everybuddy sidebar, Licq sidebar ? Something that can be useful and keep me in touch and/or informed while I'm off browsing, downloading, reading or whatever. (LIKE A LNO SIDEBAR, FOR CHRIST'S SAKE)
How about a sidebar download manager ? That way I could surf and keep an eye on my downloads. THAT is an idea..... ANY Programmers out there ?
