I admit, I used to use VB, back in the days of Windows 3.1. I had VB3 thanks to an ingenous "borrowing" from my dads work http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif It came with 4 or 5 hefty manuals, as well as the disks. Great stuff.
I had a little dabble into a semi-legal copy of VB4, but not for long.
I was picking up a couple of books (java in a nutshell and TY: tcp/ip) on Tuesday and I noticed a box set of 3 hefty VB books. These bokks looked exactly the same as the ones included with VB3 - except they were VB6 versions. Dunno how much it was but you can bet it costs a bit!
Is all you get now a CD? You get more physical documentation with a ?2.50 copy of gcc burnt onto a CD!
