Hello,
I got a new motherboard and cpu for christmas (oops i guess it came a bit early.....but i will still get to open the boxes at christmas hee hee). I installed it and everything seems to work. Now the motherboard came with a CMI8738 onboard audio chip. Now I have seen that this is supported in linux and I compiled in kernel module support for the module, but it didnt work. It gave mee some message about hardware settings. Now what do I have to do to get it working? Is onboard audio possible under linux?
Thanks,
Murdock

In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.
