I am trying to install jpilot on Debian 2.2 with Helix Gnome...

It asks me:

"What serial port do you have the cradle connected to [ttyS1]?"

I only have one serial port, is it autodetecting ttyS1, or is that just the default?

I believe I understand that ttyS0 is Com 1 and ttyS1 is Com2...is this correct? Any way to figure out what I'm on?

Yes, you're correct, ttys0 is com 1, ttys1 is com2, etc. I'm not sure how to test this however.

Thanks for the confirmation on that...under windows, I only had com2 enabled...I guess I should just take a shot at that and see where it gets me.

Thanks again.
