Setting the timezone

How do I do it? Its really starting to annoy me to see 11 AM when its actually 7 PM.

See man date or modify /etc/localtime if you'd like to hack with files :P...it would be good choice to use/run ntp and get accurate time from atomic clock www.time.org (http://www.time.org) or time.gov should have clients/pointers on how to do it.Hope this helps.
