upgrading mandrake....

just a basic question..
im running mandrake 7.0, if i want to upgrade to 8.0 (is it worth it??) then do i have to download the whole 600 meg ISO image of 8.0 or can i simply download some smaller upgrade???

Drake 8 is a great version, but...

From what I've read of others bad experiences, Mandrake has issues on upgrade that aren't present on a clean install. I've done a bunch of Drake 8 clean installs and they've always been great. But I keep reading the posts of people complaining about strange problems with Drake 8 after an upgrade.
