problems with RedHat 6.0 LILO

I just recieved RedHat 6 and begain in stalling it on my computer, which already has win 98. I am using System Commander to do a duel boot. After repartitioning a section of my drive, about 1GiG, i installed RedHat. when the install program comes to the superblock install at the beginning of the partition, it just will not work. The rest of the program works fine, and i can boot into linux from the boot disk, but it will not boot off the partition alone. I have an AMD K6-2 450, 128 megs, 10.1g IBM GXP, SONY DVD-CDROM.

Try using lilo. I dual boot win98 and RH6.0 just fine with the LILO. I dont know anything about the system commander program, but if you set-up lilo during the install of RH6.0 things should work just fine. I would go back and reinstall RH6.0 and make sure that you install lilo.
