any way to unmake install

i was trying to set up my box to be a dial up server(just to learn how and say i had one) with mgetty and did a make install. it had errors and when it was done i can no longer telnet to my linux box or see my samba shares. i can still share my connection throught it and ping it just not telnet or see my samba shares which were working before.

i am learning just not fast enouph. thank for any help.

run 'make clean' or 'make distclean', read thru the documenting to see if you missed something the first time around and try again...
