Low Level Disk Formatter

I'm looking for a Low Level Disk Format application. Anyone care to suggestion some for Windows and Linux. Thanks.

All the disk drive mfg have these on their websites. There are some that will LL any IDE, but I have not had good results with them. Try finding the one from your disk drive makers site. Western Digital's is called WDDIAG.exe, I recall, and does a lot more than just LL formats.
