Telnet problem

Hey guy, How do I enable RH 7.1 telnet so that other machince can remote login? I had changed /etc/xinetd.d/telnet (disable= no). but it still not allow me to remote login.
the error msg is connection refused? so what is going on? :confused:

what is in your hosts.deny file? Did you set this box up with any ipchains/tables scripts? Do you have portmapping on? Give us a little info on your security setup. P.S. you should never use telnet if you have ssh as an option.
