I'm looking for a firewall distro that will run on a 100Mhz machine with 64m memory and 2gig HD. And also, it's got to have a decent front-end (web based is cool) bacause I suck at doing that crap manually. I really like Astaro and I've used it before, but it requires a little bit faster machine than what I have to work with.

Have a look here: http://www.clarkconnect.org/
I've been using this myself for 3 years now.

Agreed.
If you want something that does a little extra too, then have a look at E-Smith (http://www.e-smith.org)

Depends if you're on dial-up or cable/dsl. I've used both, and both have their good points...
SmoothWall worked great on dial-up. I didn't work with it long enough to get the "dial on demand" to work. I have a Smoothie box routing four computers at the church office.
ClarkConnect works great with my new cable connection at home. When you register, for free, you even get dynamic dns. Unfortunately, the cable company doesn't let me serve anything.
