this is the case
i installed VNC its running fine
but i still need to start it using ./
how can i get rid of this?
and how can i add vnc to systemservices so i can add it to startup @ boot

You could add the directory that vnc resides in to your $PATH. Should be in /etc/profile for the system wide path.
To startup VNC automatically at boot, either put the startup in ?? /etc/rc.d/rc.local or whatever startup file your distro uses. There is usually comments at the bottom of whatever file that tells you to put your own startup commands at the end of the file.
You could also start VNC as a service using the NHF on SysVinit (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf/intel/osbooting/sysvinit.html).

What distribution are you using? Different distributions start in different ways and have different tools.
