StarOffice wont work after a while

Hi,

I installed staroffice a few weeks ago. Now when I try to load it, the splash logo comes up and it freezes there. I have to kill the process numbers to get rid of the logo on my screen. Now this is the second time it had happened to me. It will work fine for a few weeks then it will crash. I dont really want to delete the files and install it again because I have some mail settngs in there and I would like to keep them if at all possible. Has anyone else run into this problem before?

Unreal Tournament (server) does this if there is a core file from a previous crash or kill still in the directory. Look around, you never know.

Ok,

I found 2 files call soffice.lck in the .office52 directory. I deleted them, but it still hangs up. I suppose there could be more called something else, but I'm not sure what.
