beef with corel linux

ive gone to many #irc chat room and stuff and read many posts here , and everywhere i go there are many people who hate corel linux,

can somebody tell me whats wrong with corel linux, and why is there sooo much beef???

as far as why everybody hates corel, i dunno either
it was one of the first distros i tried , and it worked better on the compaq that i was using at the time than some others
