flash plugin for konqueror

Yes there are, konqueror uses netscapes flash plugin.

Download it from netscape.com or macromedia.com and follow the installation instructions that come with it.

In KDE 2's control applet under web browsing you can have it scan for netscape plugins.

Once you do that flash should be working in konqueror.
