Well I decided to try to do some troubleshooting....See I've had this video display problem with my system trying to dual install Redhat Linux 7.1 and WinME. My WinME partition works/displays fine....not so for the Linux partition. I've got a Voodoo Banshee AGP card in my system. Well I tried everyone's helplful info, from checking the resolution settings, refresh rates, to checking whether the XFree86 supports my card (it says in all the documentation everywhere that it does).
Well after much head scratching, I dumped everything, did a zero fill with my hd diskmanager, and tried loading just Linux to the system. When asked, I tried to do just a graphical install and the display was less than stellar. To be more to the point, it was unusable. What am I doing wrong, I should be able to at least see a good VGA display in graphical install mode right? Please help.
