Changing keyboard options under KDE

How could I change the keyboard option in KDE, to make the all the keys when pressed down go very fast without a delay.

Basically like the Winblows keyboard options.

What distro are you running? There might be a distro specific tool.

I am not sure what is there but I believe that there is a KDE Control Center with a keyboard section.

I don't remember exactly, I have switched to Gnome, so I can't look at KDE anymore
