How to access on the other HD of my network?

Okay, i'd like to know how do we access to the HD of my computers on my network. My server is a p3 504 with windoze ME and the other computer are a AMD-K6 350 (with winme), a p133 (win98) and a celeron 600 (mandrake 7.1)

Is there a "network neighbourhood" for linux where i can see the network tree or a directory where the shared HD are?
