Ok,
I am wanting to host a quake2 server one of my linux boxes. I have a network set up w/ 2 linux box's and a few win box's. The win box's go thru the samba for logging in and then thru the other linux box for the gateway/firewall. Now to get the samba/quake2 server to go thru is no problem. But before I try (due to it being at work and sneaking it in http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif ) I was wondering if someone can give me some pointers on getting poeple on the outside of the firewall to play on the quake2 server. Since the firewall and the samba/server have static ip's do I have to ip alias on the firewall to point to the samba/quake2 server? And if that is what I have to do then in what way? If not then what has to be done?

Any help and/or direction would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance
