"mount: RPC:" error

Hello,
Everytime I try to mount the exported directories on my c001 machine, on my small network, from my c002 machine I recieve this error - 'mount: RPC: Unable to recieve; errno = Connection refused'.
I have dhcpd running on c001 and c002 recieves it's ip address and host name just fine from c001 on boot up but I can't seem to mount those exported directories.
Any ideas? :confused:

Check the /var/log/messages on both systems there should be a more detailed description what did wrong.

Thank you Bernd. I simply did not have rpc.mountd and rpc.nfsd daemons running.
