While booting Redhat 7.1, is there a way to skip something it might get stuck on. And is there a way to pause it so i can read the errors, if there are any or what ever.
Thanx

I don't know of a way to pause the boot process, but error messages should be in the file /var/log/boot.log

The ntsysv command will list the processes that you want to enable or disable at start-up.

I'm not sure but I think you can type 'I' during the first part of the boot up to enter interactive boot mode, where it should ask you about starting each process.

that's and "i" like in India, not a one or lowercase L.
