IP port problem

hey

how do i get and external ip number on a specifik port to be route to and internale
IP number(inbound/outbound).

actualy the idea is just to open for
inbound and outbound communication on
port 6502.

external 195.x.x.x port 6502
to
internal
10.x.x.x port 6502

and example would be great http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif
