I am trying to compile ktexmaker2-1.5 on my new Slackware 8.0 system. I had absolutely no trouble doing this on my Slackware 7.1 system so I am quite puzzled.
Here's the deal, I have unpacked the archive and entered that directory. I've read the INSTALL file and have run the following commands:
./configure --prefix=/opt/kde --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt
make
The ./configure command seems to work without any problems. When I execute the make command the system quits with something like error[configure]. I suspect that I need to pass on some parameters to the make command, but I don't know what those could be.
Any suggestions? Or better yet, does anyone have a ktexmaker2-1.5 package for Slackware 8.0?
