MS Intellimouse

Nice mouse, good feel, but I can't get it working in XF86.

I had it working in SuSE, I had to change something to IMPAUX or whatever but I forget what I change (and exactly what I change it to).

In the XF86Config file change it to the IMPS/2 protocol and add the line ZAxisMapping 4 5 if it has 5 buttons.
