KDE in near black and white

when I ran KDE, it was fine, but then I went into helix and iceWM and when I came back, it was in black and white except for certain shades of blue...

I like helix and all, but it gives this annoying "no response to the save yourself command..." thing whenever I run Konqueror. _Any_ ideas as to how I can get mah kde colors back?
