Anyone able to download OpenBSD 2.8 off any ftp? I thought it was available for beta/bug tracking ... mabey I am wrong. All the ftp mirrors I have visited don't have the actual system in the dir but have and FTP list .. but the offical ftp won't let you read the dir (I believe).

It will be another month or two for the official release of OpenBSD 2.8.
If ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/2.8/* is locked up, try from the snapshots dir at ->
ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/ as it's the latest, say "current branch" (not stable branch) in FreeBSD, if you really want to test it out.

Dec. 1 is the target release date for 2.8.

Does it support UDMA? <the big question>
Interesting that it's a year from 2.6 to 2.7 but only about six months (if I remember correctly) to 2.8.

Are you referring to Ultra-100?
