wierd!? -Minor problem that's bugging me!

Ok, here's a wierd one. I recently installed a fresh copy of Stormix 2000, and my single quote (') key doesn't work right. I have to press it twice to get a single quote. The first press does nothing. If I hold shift and press the key to get a double quote ("), it works as expected. Any ideas why I have to press the key twice for a single quote?

The first thought that occured to me is that it sounds awfully similar to escaping characters. Specifically, needing to use "//" to get a single "/". But I've never heard of that happening with stdin.

Is that the only key it happens with?

Yep. That's the only one. Otherwise, everything works great. Its amazing how often I use the single quote key!
