I install COREL LINUX SECOND EDITION on a partition that I create during installation, the installation was successfull but when I reboot I don't have any lilo it going straight to win98

Get a Linux bootdisk and when you're in Linux, run LILO.

Can you boot from the CD? Try that, too.
When you see the splash screen come up for Corel, I believe you can hit shift or alt+shift and a menu comes up. You can then go to a rescue console or something like that to get into Corel and perhaps go from there.
