I had to reinstall 98SE but when I did the FreeBSD boot manager was wiped out, hence no way to boot into BSD. How would I go about fixing this? When I used Slackware all I had to do was boot off the boot disk that setup made (I have a FreeBSD one too) and typed lilo at the prompt. For some reason I dont think it will be this easy with FreeBSD. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd ask in #freebsdhelp on any EFnet server.

You'll prolly get a response much quicker than posting here...
