I need to get stuff on my Linux maching and transfer it on a disk to a mac at school.

How do I do this??? I think it might have something to do with mkfs and formatting the disk, but I can't get the mac filesytem part to work.

I'm running 2.2.19 with mac os fs support on Debian, on a i386

Macs can handle your basic DOS/Win Floppy just fine (as long as you have an application on the Mac that will read the file). You should be able to use a plain old PC diskette. If you don't have one, go to your shell and type man mformat. this will give you the basic info on making a DOS diskette (which can be used on all 3 platforms).

(BTW-if I'm wrong about the mformat command for Debian, someone please correct me. That's what Mandrake uses.)
